Admissions & Enrollment

You can enrol online through our website by selecting Join Arqam > Join as a Student. We welcome students from Year 3 to Year 10.

Enrolment closes 31 August, ahead of the September academic year. Late applications will be waitlisted and considered if spaces open. For extenuating circumstances, email [email protected].

No entrance exam is required — students only need to meet the age criteria.

Courses & Curriculum

Our classes are held in-person every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, from 5.00PM – 7.00PM during UK term time at Ilm Primary School, Merthyr Street, Cardiff, CF24 4JL.

Yes, courses are designed for all levels, from complete beginners to advanced learners. 

Yes, students are awarded certificates to recognise their achievement.

Fees & Payments

Tuition fees vary by programme. Parents receive a payment link to set up monthly direct debit, or they may pay the full year in one instalment via direct bank transfer.

We do not offer scholarships. However, if you require financial assistance, we may be able to provide discounted rates. Please email your extenuating circumstances to [email protected].

Refund policies depend on the timing of withdrawal; please contact us at [email protected] to discuss your situation.

Student Support & Resources

We provide access to online materials via our student portal Journey 2 Jannah. Each student can access this via the Student Login portal on our webiste.

Additional support sessions may be arranged based on circumstances and demand. Students can use the Journey 2 Jannah online portal — accessible via the Student Login on our website — to catch up on missed classes or homework.

Yes, we have an active online community and forums for student interaction via the Student Login Portal on our website.

Donations & Support

Donations can be made via our website directly.

Donations are not zakat-eligible and are not tax-deductible.
